Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your trip. In such cases, our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • If you cancel more than 30 days before the start of your trip, we will refund 100% of your booking amount.
  • If you cancel between 15 and 30 days before the start of your trip, we will refund 50% of your booking amount.
  • IF you cancel less than 15 days before the start of your trip, no refund will be provided.
Please note that our cancellation policy applies to all bookings, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
If you wish to cancel your trip, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can process your cancellation and provide any applicable refund.
We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or other events beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative trip, whichever you prefer.

Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best possible service to our customers and to ensure that you have a great experience with us. In case you are not satisfied with our services, or if your plans change and you are eligible for a refund, our refund policy is as follows:

  • If we cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or other events beyond our control, we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative trip, whichever you prefer.
  • If you cancel your trip more than 30 days before the start of your trip, we will refund 100% of your booking amount.
  • If you cancel your trip between 15 and 30 days before the start of your trip, we will refund 50% of your booking amount.
  • If you cancel your trip less than 15 days before the start of your trip, no refund will be provided.
  • If you miss your trip, arrive late, or leave early, no refund will be provided.
  • Please note that any bank transfer or transaction fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. Refunds will be made to the original payment method you used when making the booking.

We will make every effort to notify you of any changes as soon as possible. We will also offer you an alternative trip, if possible.
  • Travel Insurance:
    We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself in case of unexpected cancellations, accidents, or other events that may disrupt your travel plans. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate insurance coverage.
  • Health and Safety:
    It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically fit and healthy enough to participate in the activities included in your trip. You must inform us of any medical conditions or disabilities that may affect your ability to participate in the trip.
  • Liability:
    We take all reasonable precautions to ensure your safety during your trip. However, we are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur during your trip, unless it is caused by our negligence or misconduct.
  • Force Majeure:
    We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, or other events that make it impossible or unsafe to conduct the trip.
  • Intellectual Property:
    All intellectual property rights associated with our travel services, including our website, promotional materials, and other content, are owned by us or our licensors. You must not use our intellectual property without our permission.
  • Governing Law:
    Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the travel booking or these terms and conditions, including any disputes relating to cancellations, refunds, itinerary changes, liability, or any other matters, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of the courts located in Chandigarh, India.



Agreement:

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Dream Holiday Planner, and supersede any previous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
