  • Mussoorie - Mussoorie is a beautiful hill station, near Dehradun Uttarakhand. It is 35 km from Dehradun and 290 km north of the national capital of New Delhi. The hill station is in the foothills of the Garhwal Himalayan range. The hill station is very famous spot of the travellers during summer time, New Year eve, and on weekends the place offers the beautiful landscape of the Himalaya range and other nearby destination are also famous for the leisure tour.

 

  • Kanatal - Kanatal is a small village and a hill station in Uttarakhand. Kanatal is 78 km from Dehradun, 38 km from Mussoorie and 12 km from Chamba. It is on the Chamba-Mussoorie road and traveller prefer the place because of its tranquillity and the leisure it offers.

 

  • Nainital - Nainital is a town in the Kumaon region of Uttarakhand. The town was formerly a British hill station, the town is set around Nainital Lake, the lake is very popular boating site and the market nearby the lake is very famous for its handicraft and local souvenirs. The nearby temple is Naina Devi temple. A cable car runs to Snow View observation point (at 2,270m), with vistas over the town and mountains including Nanda Devi, which is the highest peak of the Uttarakhand.   • Ranikhet – Ranikhet is a hill station in Uttarakhand. It’s known for its views of the Himalayas. Hundreds of bells adorn Jhula Devi Temple, dedicated to the Hindu goddess Durga. Fruit trees grow on the terraced orchards of Chaubatia Gardens, with views of peaks including Nanda Devi. Mahatma Gandhi stayed in a hut, Gandhi Kuti, in nearby Tarikhet village during the independence struggle.  

 

  • Kausani – Kausani is a hill station and Village situated in Bageshwar Uttarakhand. The place is famous for its scenic splendour and its spectacular 300 km-wide panoramic view of Himalayan peaks like Trisul, Nanda Devi and Panchchuli.   • Mukteshwar – Mukteshwar is a village and tourist destination in the Nainital district of Uttarakhand. It sits high in the Kumaon Hills at an altitude of 2171 meters, 51 km from Nainital, 72 km from Haldwani the place is very famous for the mountains and its tranquillity, Gandhi Ji also stayed in the town in British era and said that the town is mini Switzerland for its beaut and peace.

 

  • Chopta – Chopta is a small region of meadows and evergreen forest area, a part of Kedarnath wildlife sanctuary located in Uttarakhand state, India and a base for trekking to Tungnath, the third temple of Panch Kedar which lies 3.5 kilometres away.

 

  • New Tehri – New Tehri is a beautiful city in Tehri Garhwal Uttarakhand. It is the administrative headquarters of Tehri Garhwal District. Is New Tehri worth visiting?   • Chakrata - Chakrata is a cantonment town and also a sub district/tehsil, in Dehradun Uttarakhand. It lies between the Tons and Yamuna rivers, at an elevation of 2118 m, 98 km from the state capital, Dehradun. Chakrata was originally a cantonment of the British Indian Army. The town is another gateway for the travellers from the hustle of the city life, now the place is getting frequent visitors as a leisure tourist.

 

  • Harsil – The town is a Himalayan paradise, the village is the tourist hill station and army area located on the banks of Bhagirathi River, on the way to Gangotri, a Hindu pilgrimage site in uttarakashi district of the Indian state Uttarakhand. Ganges below Gangotri, near Harshil Situated at an altitude of 9,005 ft (2,745 metres.) from sea level, Harsil lies 78 km. from Uttarakashi, and 30 km away from the Gangotri National Park which is spread across 1,553 square km. The hill station is well- known for its natural environment and apple production.
